On August 12, 2012, Everything Exclusive Magazine made its grand debut into the world of Journalism. One year, over three hundred articles and thousands of views later, our magazine has become one of the best online news outlets.
I’m so proud of our staff, past and present. I’m glad that this magazine is truly helping everyone build their careers. I’m happy that our hard work is paying off. I’m excited that the vision for this magazine is coming to life!
This magazine has grown tremendously, and it’s still growing. We have a solid Marketing/PR team to help us kick-start year number two, we are opening up new columns, we have more writers and we are opening up an entirely new department! (Be sure to check our listings for opportunities.)
I know I write this all of the time, but we all really appreciate all of the support. I still can’t believe the amount of support we receive and it feels awesome to know that so many people believe in us and rely on us to give them timely news in music, college life, fashion, health and beauty, love and relationships and a host of other subjects. Our first year was great; it will definitely go down in history.
That said, you haven’t seen the best of us yet, so stay tuned! Year number two is about to be GOOD.
I hope everyone in the U.S. has enjoyed their holiday last week!
Speaking of holidays, our staff will be going on another vacation due to our summer schedules. As you all know, we are working toward our degrees in college; some of us are taking summer courses, some of us have internships, some of us have jobs and some of us have other obligations which has caused our schedules to become extremely tight. We want to give you our best and be confident that our content isn’t rushed, inconsistent or of poor quality.
You may see some “Breaking News” from time to time, but we will officially return on August 9, 2013–three days before our anniversary! 🙂
Shout out to our new subscribers! We hope that you will continue to rock with us throughout our journey. Also, shout out to our faithful subscribers who have been with us since day one. We cannot express enough how much your support means to us.
We’re entering June and it’s time to pour on the heat!
This month we will be providing the most EXCLUSIVE news in Fashion and Music for this summer. Expect some great tips from our Health&Beauty, Love&Relationships and College Life columns as well. And of course you can count on our Reviews column for the best (and worst) places to go and spend time with friends (or by yourself).
There are MANY changes going on with our magazine and you can expect to see them throughout the summer. Stay tuned for a few special announcements!
We’re back and ready to serve you with MORE news on EVERYTHING exclusive.
In case you haven’t heard, we have a new posting schedule that will begin this Friday. From now on, new articles from College Life, Music and Love & Relationships will be posted on Friday. New articles from Fashion and Health & Beauty will be posted on Saturday, and new articles from Reviews, Sports and our Featured Columnists will be posted on Sunday.
Also, if you aren’t already, follow all of our social media accounts to keep up with our magazine. We have a lot of new things in store for this summer and you definitely do NOT wanna miss out!
In case you didn’t know, TODAY is my birthday! Yes, I was born on April 1st, better known as April Fool’s Day.
If there is anything I’ve learned during my time here on Earth, it’s that every once in a while, people need a laugh. People need to see or hear something that’ll make them crack the heck up. Seriously. It’s okay to be silly and playful from time to time. Laughter means you are having the time of your life, and there is nothing wrong with that.
To help you out in the “fun” department, you can definitely count on some articles that’ll give you a few ideas on how to let loose. In honor of April Fool’s Day, you can expect to see advice on how to relax, how to fill your free time with something other than Instagram, how to make your friends laugh, how to “ease up” and “chill” and where to go for the ultimate and most exclusive fun experience.
Oh! And before I forget, I want to share this song with you all. It’s called “Land of 1000 Dances” and it was originally performed by Wilson Pickett. It’s an old rock-n-roll song, but it’s a classic and you will definitely be jumping out of your seat for this one. Enjoy!
P.S. The Everything Exclusive Magazine executives and staff members will be on vacation from April 15th to May 19th. It’s finals season again (not fun, but necessary) and we need some time to focus on our studies. Wish us luck!
It’s March Madness here at EEM and we are bringing you some EXCLUSIVE news this month. 😉
From Music, to Fashion, to Health and Beauty, and College Life, you are guaranteed to be exposed to something new. From Reviews, to Sports, to Love and Relationships, and our independent columns, you are destined to learn something new.
On another note, we are very appreciative of all of the love and support we’ve been getting. It’s great to know that there are so many people who believe in our magazine. On behalf of all of the executives and staff, I would like to thank each and every one of our supporters. You all have no idea how much you mean to us and we definitely wouldn’t be where we are without y’all.
We love all of our supporters, whether you’ve been following us for a few months or you’ve been rockin’ with us since August 12, 2012. We hope that you all continue to subscribe, follow, share, like, repost, retweet, talk about and mention our name.
I’ve always wanted to know: what’s up with all of this “IDGAF” nonsense? Yes, I meant to say nonsense because it’s literally impossible to not GAF about something. Furthermore, the main people shouting “IDGAF!” are the main ones who actually do GAF about whatever it is they’re (supposedly) not giving F’s about.
I wanted to let you all know that it is okay to GAF. For example, if someone hurts you, don’t deny the feeling of being scorned and don’t mask it with “IDGAF.” Acknowledge the fact that it happened and start healing. Otherwise, your feelings will build up and you may unleash your anger on someone who had nothing to do with you being hurt. I mean, think of a can of soda. If someone keeps shaking it and shaking it non stop, pressure builds up. Once he/she opens the can, the soda will spray on whoever is around. Ironically enough, the person who shook the can doesn’t get sprayed at all. To put it in perspective: you are the soda can, the soda is your emotions, and the person shaking the can is the one who hurt you.
So the next time you get ready to scream “IDGAF!”, take a moment to ask yourself: “Do I really GAF?” If you do, cool. Deal with the matter at hand. If you don’t, that’s cool too. But word to the wise: those who are apathetic don’t even care to comment.
